Episode #37 "Karen picks through the trash" Karen is very angry. Once she was voted off board, we had to have the club house kitchen cleaned out. Old expired food left in fridge open containers, open bags of chips and when we finally got in there we had to toss anything not in a sealed container. We cleaned it out, had it professionally dealt with. Karen is saying things were stolen and as you can see she is picking out of the garbage so she can bring the items home. The sweet woman who is telling her not to use them because they are covered in feces is responded to by Karen, "IF I WERE YOU I WOULD SHUT YOUR UGLY MOUTH, IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD SHUT YOUR UGLY MOUTH" Nice Karen. She then sent an email to the community after we closed the kitchen until it could be professionally cleaned saying they were just coffee grounds. A formal letter was sent to the Board: To get Karen and The weasel to... 👉 Stop using crew members’ personal cell phones 👉 Stop interrupting their work 👉 Stop trying to dictate their responsibilities There is a system in place — a dedicated email used by every homeowner. Except… KAREN and THE WEASEL. They continue abusing old access from when Karen was President (before being removed by the community), calling, texting, interrupting crews DAILY. When the letter was read at the Board meeting… KAREN WENT BALLISTIC. Her unhinged response: “HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU! You prove that I interact with the landscaping crew. Giving them water and saying hello is not a negative interaction.” No problem, Karen. Here’s the proof. Following crews. Interrogating them. Demanding answers. Filming them while they work. Yeah… totally “not negative.” And let’s not forget—Karen vs. The Florist (aka Captain Fantastic). Her latest mess The Florist had to clean up. SEASON 3 PILOT🔥 Episode #71 “Is That What Gets You Off!?” Karen has an absolute meltdown after the Season 2 Finale launched 😱 The Florist AKA “Captain Fantastic” could hear her screaming as he walked his dogs on the other side of the community. He rerouted to avoid her… but Karen and The Weasel had other plans. They stood in his driveway and waited for him to round the corner so they could attack ⚔️ Karen was so frustrated she was being ignored, she hit him in the forehead with her phone. That pushed him enough to tell her what he thought of her and push her phone away. She even tries to flip the narrative by saying HE hit HER (not her phone) so she can sue. Pathetic! Sorry Karen… but unlike you, videos don’t lie 📹 The Weasel stepped on Rocco 😤 Good thing The Captain kept his composure. They’ve tried EVERYTHING to flip the story and line their pockets — and every single attempt has failed. The truth doesn’t bend that easily. Season 2 Episodes #56 & #57 “I DO NOT CONSENT” Karen is not happy that people are filming her at meetings. She is upset that people are filming her at all. We wonder where people got the idea to do such a thing. Karen writes an email stating that her privacy is being violated because she was filmed. In the next sentence, she states, “I fully intend to videotape the board meeting scheduled for tomorrow.” Then she states that Florida is a two-party state, and she DOES NOT CONSENT to being filmed. Clearly, she is very confused and does not understand the statute; nothing new, she makes it up as she goes along, thinking everyone is an idiot.
