#Interstellar #InterstellarRerelease last night at Prasads Multiplex #PCX Screen — superb experience! Image and sound quality was perfection — such a crisp, sharp, detailed, contrasty and bright, high quality DCP! You could even notice the difference in the grain between the 35mm shot scenes and the IMAX 70mm shot scenes. Certain scenes got bright enough that they could light up the front part of the hall (you can see that in the docking sequence clip here). Sound was lovely and powerful (in some parts like the tesseract sequence I noticed that the sound was so powerful it made the screen vibrate, and you could see a vibration like effect on the subtitles too!), as expected. It was a similar experience as the one I had in July 2023. I have said it before, this is undoubtedly, the best place in Hyderabad to watch this movie. Yes, this is the Scope version without the (IMAX exclusive) switching aspect ratios. However the movie is powerful and impactful enough that you'll have a wonderful experience.
