Explaining “yellow-flag-gate” & a confusing end to Qualifying. Fair play to George Russell - did a great lap, knew the rules & got pole! I am still a bit confused why it was not an instant double yellow flag for when a car has crashed on the fastest corner of the track with a blind approach🤷🏽♂️ Suspect the other teams will ask for a review on this. #F1 #AustrianGP

Are we about to see Lewis win his first GP for Ferrari?? He did a great lap in Quali & the Ferrari start could be key to track position… 32 out of 35 wins have come from the front row Lewis was 0.15 ahead until T12 but a sensational final two corners from RUS gave him pole!

Some reflections on the drama and controversial incidents from Mexico…. As I’ve said before, the Driving Standard Guidelines still need to be improved in my opinion and the Max vs Lewis battle highlighted the “race to apex” again. The 10 seconds for Lewis seemed harsh - he was not penalised for the incident, but for gaining an advantage from going off track. 5 seconds would have been more appropriate IMO… #F1 #MexicoGP #SkyF1
