The other was curled up under piles of garbage. A worried neighbor called 911. Officers rushed in and rescued the little ones from unimaginable neglect. Their mother, Krystal Farmer, now faces seven felony charges. Today both children are safe, clean, and finally receiving the love and care they deserve.
