Eminem ‘My Name Is’ The story behind the song…Dave playing the bass line for the first time since he recorded it. It was 1975, my dad played guitar, it was a song by Labi Siffre called "I Got The…” - the track that was sampled by Eminem becoming the heartbeat of his breakthrough single "My Name Is". #Eminem #ChasnDave #Labisiffre

Playing a song with my godfather Dave, the first ever #ChasnDave composition 'Better Get Your Shoes On' My dad and Dave wrote it in the early 70s, it's one of my earliest childhood music memories!

This is a clip from an online show I performed, where I play and sing along to a record of my Nanna Daisy and my dad & Dave. It gives me great joy learning songs this way!

It’s Friday, it’s Crackerjack! Today’s the last HD video from #ChasandDave archive, ‘Melancholy Baby’. Notice my dad (and particularly Dave!) have very short beards, it's because this was filmed not long after they'd shaved the beards off for charity. #Friday #Crackerjack
