Think about what you’ve done. You have mass-produced your children and determined which ones to have a relationship with. Then you gave away half of the leftovers. Those are your children. Just as much as the three you chose to raise. When you "donate" your kids, they don’t go to households that have been screened, vetted, and subjected to background checks. They could easily be acquired by a predator, by a seventy-year-old single man, or by a foreign national. Nobody will conduct post-placement reports or follow up to see whether they’re being loved. Some of your children will be raised in motherless or fatherless homes and hunger for that male- or female-specific love. If they are like other donor-conceived children, they will struggle with identity issues. And if they are not irreparably damaged by abuse, trafficking, or developmental struggles, they will very likely seek you out when they’re 18 and ask, “Why did you give me away?” That is not weird. That is wicked.
