Travelled yesterday from Chandigarh to Dehra Dun and back, by a different route— almost entirely comprising National Highways. The status of the roads, to say the least, leaves much to be desired. If the Hon’ble PM were to take similar impromptu and unannounced solitary strolls along such highways, the NHAI may perhaps awake from its Kumbhkaran-like slumber.
