Have you explored the global 1-meter map of tree canopy height by AI at Meta and World Resources Institute? I decided to take a look at Golden Gate Park in SF. Here are the results, with 0.6-meter NAIP imagery overlaid. Many thanks to Samapriya Roy, PhD. for his super fast work as always!
