From the original statement given by Jane Doe, she is a rapist. Her intoxication level was a "5 or 6 out of 10" while "Male #1" was so drunk and drugged he was passing out. If one person is messed up, but is aware of what is going on while another is too messed up to consent or even stay conscious isn't that rape? If the man said he was a 5 out of 10 drunk and the woman was passing out I know what the answer would be.

Imagine women like this, who will make entire false realities to hate men, are HR or hiring managers. In fact imagine if they are in any position of power. One thing we have seen is there are thousands of them out there. Teachers, nurses, HR people, lawyers and many more women with power, who have proven how far they will go to villainize a stranger they dont like. False allegations are much more common than people want to believe. And misandry is just like breathing to these women. That combination is toxic.
