It’s been 4 years since I set foot in Tokyo and 2 years since my last World Champs. I’ve spent that time reflecting on how I’ve evolved. Rewatching the 200m where I missed the podium reminded me that race was a stepping stone toward a better version of myself. When you’re constantly challenged you can forget to do things differently.
