Atleast four custodial deaths in past one year at Police Station, Katra but no plausible action has been taken till date! Mr Anmol who died today was not even in legal custody as per my information though Ld.SDM, Katra has assured inquiry to the parents of deceased. How and when he was arrested? Who arrested him? Why his arrest was not conveyed to the family? Why he was in illegal custody without the proper remand from Magistrate?
