Collective Punishment: A Muslim is accused of a crime and an entire community is made to pay the price. In Khoda, Ghaziabad, three madrasas were sealed soon after the Surya murder case surfaced. This is becoming a familiar pattern: one accused, collective punishment. Not rule of law but rule by prejudice.
