Opus 4.5 is insane. Just shipped v2 of my compounding engineering plugin—watch the video for my full thoughts on the model. Compounding engineering plugin v2: This wouldn't have worked a week ago. Previous models would derail after the second parallel thread. Opus 4.5 held the context, made the right decisions, and shipped clean pull requests to both repos. New in the plugin: codify command (captures learnings automatically), updated plan mode, better prompting patterns for Opus 4.5's strengths. If you're coding with Claude, this is your new daily driver.

Everyone's building mega-swarm systems. I just realized: a folder with a CLAUDE.md is already an agent. For Cora I have a source folder, a customer support folder, a bug investigation folder. Each is an agent. New discipline? New folder. No lock-in, no dependency. Orchestration is just one layer that spawns across folders. Build brick by brick first. Full article on Every →

This is extremely promising and the best use case of Operator so far! OpenAI ChatGPT Operator is great for testing my local dev environment to see if my feature is working! Tunnel Operator to your local dev env and let it test your feature. Waiting for an API and Cursor to integrate it.

The fastest way to ship with AI isn't vibe coding. It's planning. I built an AI image feature by spending 40 minutes NOT coding—just planning with specialized subagents that research, review, and question the spec. By the time I typed "/work," the implementation was already solved. Full breakdown + compounding engineering philosophy:
