Why do we always blame other people when things go wrong? Why is it so easy to point fingers at our parents, friends, partners, or the people around us? Sometimes, before blaming others, we need to stop and ask ourselves, “Could I be part of the problem?” Maybe the opportunities are not the problem, and maybe the people around us are not the problem. Sometimes we need to look at our own decisions, habits, attitude, and choices. Taking responsibility doesn’t mean everything is our fault; it means we are brave enough to examine ourselves and discover where the error is coming from. So before you blame your parents, blame your friends, or blame the world, check yourself first. Find the mistake, correct it, learn from it, and grow. Because sometimes, the change you are waiting for outside starts with you.
