30 days left on onlyfans Starting a 30-day cold water therapy challenge to finish this chapter strong. ❄️ No excuses. No shortcuts. Just showing up every day. Cold water taught me that growth happens when you’re uncomfortable. 🧊💙 #ColdWaterTherapy #ColdPlunge #Minds

Day 17 Travelled to a burn for today’s dip. The burn had other ideas, Let’s just say it was a lot shallower in real life than it looked on Google Maps Still a good day though #scotland #coldwatertherapy #adventure #outdoorlife #wildswimming

Day 4 ❄️ Not every day feels productive. Some days you’re tired. Some days your head is all over the place. But if I can get into freezing water when I don’t feel like it, I can handle pretty much anything else the day throws at me. One plunge at a time. 🧊 #coldplunge #cold
