Liberty has one of the best Mid Major prospects in the 2026 NBA Draft in 6’7 Senior Point Forward Zach Cleveland. Cleveland has been one of the most versatile players in the country this season averaging 11/8/7 along with 1.6 blocks and 1.4 steals a game. He’s also shooting 61% from the field. Cleveland’s mix of playmaking , athleticism, defense, and finishing at 6’7 gives him a unique mix of versatility and he uses that to his advantage on both ends. He’s shown the ability to guard the 1-5 at a high level this season and has been one of the best mid major defenders in the country on the defensive end, using his athleticism, instincts, and size to his advantage. On the offensive end Cleveland uses his elite passing vision to find his teammates with and without the ball, while also having the ability to be a creator at the rim or an off ball finishing 4.

6’6 PG Quadir Copeland is one of the most underrated players in this year’s NBA Draft. Copeland had a standout season for NC State where he averaged 14/4/7 and 1.8 Steals a game on 49/40/78 splits Copeland’s mix of playmaking, defensive versatility, finishing, handle, athleticism, and pace makes him one of the most unique and versatile players in the class. Copeland is one of the best passers and playmakers in the class at 6’6, and he uses his size, athleticism, handle, and decision making to his advantage to create for his teammates at an elite level while also being able to use his passing vision to find his teammates. Copeland also takes advantage of his positional size to create passing advantages. Copeland is just one of 3 High Major players taller than 6’5 who had an AST% of 40 as well. As a scorer Copeland is elite at getting to the rim and uses his craft and athleticism to finish through contact. Copeland was also a strong catch and shoot shooter who shot 46% off the catch. Standing a 6’6 with a 6’11 wingspan Copeland has the frame, athleticism and the instincts to defend the 1-3 at a high level as well. Since 2008 Copeland and Trae Young are the only two High Major players who had an AST% of 40, have a TS% of 55, and make 100 shots at the rim.

Rockets Rookie Quadir Copeland was one of the best Two-Way players in Summer League. Copeland helped the Rockets finish with a 4-1 record where he averaged 13/4/3 and 2.6 Steals a game, while shooting 58% from the field and 55% from three on 2 attempts a game. Copeland’s mix of athleticism, defensive motor, instincts, finishing, handle, craft, and passing makes him a really intriguing player at 6’6. Copeland was one of the best on ball defenders in summer league where he made defenders uncomfortable and also stole the ball at an elite defender. Copeland is also great at creating a two way play after a steal in transition. Copeland is also a skilled half court player who has strong passing vision and is elite at getting to the rim and is a strong finisher.

Incoming Purdue Freshman PG Luke Ertel has the potential to be one of the best PG prospects in next year’s NBA Draft The 6’2 PG was a huge standout in HS where he averaged 18/6/6 in Adidas 3SSB for one of the best teams in Indiana Elite and he was also named the Indiana POTY where he averaged 25/10/7 while shooting 40% from three for a top 20 team nationally. Ertel is one of the best shooters and playmakers in his class who has the ability to shoot off the dribble at an elite level while also having the passing vision and craft to find his teammates at a high level. Ertel excels in the PNR with his ability score on all 3 levels, along with his playmaking. There aren’t many freshmen PG’s with Ertel’s mature level game and feel along with his efficiency as a scorer and playmaker and he has a chance to be one of the most impactful players in the B10 as just a freshman.

UCLA Lonzo Ball was a special talent Lonzo averaged 15/5/7 on a 67% TS as a freshman and went #2 overall in the NBA Draft. Lonzo had everything you wanted from a PG, he was 6’6, a great athlete, could score from all 3 levels, and was a high level playmaker and defender.

Holt’s two way ability and versatility as a creator and off ball player will help him be one of the most valuable players in college basketball right away.

Portland State has one of the best Mid Major players in college basketball, in 6’4 PG Jaylin Henderson. Henderson is having a strong season where he’s averaging 18/4/6 along with 2 steals and 1 block a game. He’s also 2nd in Big Sky PPG and APG. Henderson is one of the best guard athletes in the country and uses his explosive athleticism to be an elite slasher who has the ability to make plays for himself and create for his teammates. Henderson is shooting 61% at the rim on 80 attempts while also being one of the best playmakers in the country. Henderson also has a strong catch and shoot jumper where he’s shooting 41% on catch and shoot threes, and he’s a positive defender who is aggressive.

Illinois 6’4 Guard Quentin Coleman is one of the most underrated incoming freshmen NBA Draft Prospects heading into next season. Coleman was one of the biggest standouts in high school where he averaged 23/6/4 on 65/51/90 splits for Principa and was named the Missouri POTY. He was also a standout in eybl who averaged 14/5/4 on 44/40/90 splits in Peach Jam. Coleman is an elite shooter at his height who has the ability to shoot off the dribble at a high level, off the catch, and he’s also a high level movement shooter. Coleman is also a skilled scorer at the rim on and off the ball at the rim, who’s a high level finisher with a high motor. Coleman is also a skilled passer who has good passing vision, and has the ability to create play for his teammates and play in many different systems with his pace. Coleman is also an active defender with a high motor.

Arkansas 6’3 Freshman PG Jordan Smith Jr is set to be one of the best prospects in next year’s NBA Draft. Smith was one of the biggest standouts in High School where he averaged 27/5/5 on 51/36/74 splits on one of the best teams in High School basketball in Paul VI. Smith was also named the national High School player of the year. Smith is an elite athlete who also has elite strength at 6’3 and uses his mix of athleticism, strength,wingspan, and craft to be one of the most efficient at the rim scorers in the class. He shot 68% at the rim in 239 attempts while also being a high level 3 level scorer who shot 41% from the mid range on 117 attempts, and 36% from three on 152 attempts. Smith is also great at using his scoring ability to create plays for his teammates. Smith is also an active defender who has a high defensive motor and his strength, wingspan, and athleticism gives him all of the tools to be an elite guard defender.

Cincinnati 6’11 Forward Baba Miller is one of the most underrated prospects in the 2026 NBA Draft. Baba has had a strong season where he’s averaging 14/10/3 along with 1.4 blocks a game and 1 steal a game. He’s also shooting 55% from the field. Baba has the frame, tools, and athleticism to be an elite defender in the NBA, with his 7’2 wingspan at 6’11. Indiana 6’8 Freshman Trent Sisley had a strong showing in his college debut. 23 Points 8 Rebounds 3 Assists 1 Block 8/10 FG 4/4 3FG Despite only being a freshman Sisley looked years ahead tying Indiana in scoring while also having incredible efficiency and playing high level basketball on both ends. He’s someone that could be one of the biggest breakout freshmen in CBB this season.

7’3 18 year old Big Luigi Suigo has been one of the most impressive young players in Europe this season. So far for Mega Basket he’s averaging 11/4/1 and 1 Block in only 21 MPG while shooting 63% from the field and 47% from three on 3 attempts a game. Suigo has a strong mix of touch, shooting, and fluidity that most players at his height don’t posses. He’s currently shooting an impressive 80% at the rim and 47% from three which is among the best in Europe.

19 year old 6’7 Guard Kameron Taylor is one of the most intriguing longterm NBA Draft Prospects. For the season Taylor averaged 19/5/3 while also averaging 22/4/3 while shooting 47% from the field an 35% from three on 5 attempts a game in Big South play. Taylor is one of the quickest players in college basketball at 6’7 who uses his mix of speed, first step, and vertical athleticism to be one of the most intriguing scorers in college basketball. Taylor uses his athleticism to get to the rim and draw fouls at an elite level, where he shot 59% at the rim on 188 attempts. Taylor is also a high level mid range scorer for his height who also has great touch on his floaters. Taylor’s mix of athleticism, pace, and versatile scoring helped him be one of the efficient PNR scorers in CBB where he finished in the 90th percentile in PNR play on 103 attempts. Taylor is also a skilled passer for his height who can create scoring looks for his teammates, or find an open player with his passing vision, Taylor also does this without turning the ball over. Taylor’s mix of 3 level scoring potential, athleticism, defensive upside, free thro drawing, pace, and playmaking for his size and age is extremely valuable and he has one of the highest ceilings of any player in college basketball. Taylor was one of 5 underclassmen in CBB this season who had an AST% of 15, make 35 threes or more, and had 15 dunks or more, joining AJ Dybantsa, Cam Boozer, Nolan Minessale, and Tyler Tanner.
