TODAY, I am leaving the mining town of Phalaborwa after a WEEK of serious work. This is a small town in Limpopo Province but folks here live LARGE… BIG CARS are everywhere, the latest models. Phalaborwa is like Dorowa in Zimbabwe… The economy here is anchored by Foskor Mine, a Phosphate mine. Phosphate has several uses, key among them is the manufacture of fertilisers. As much as mining companies pay taxes, I think the best way they can boost the local economy is through providing jobs to locals and paying GOOD SALARIES. We should never tolerate Slave Wages for mine workers, and people living in the area should be prioritised…. That model is doing great in most mining communities in South Africa. Well, my job here is done, I came, I saw, and I learnt….. also made friends

Dr Tagwirei does not attack anyone, more so fellow ZANU PF leaders… he doesn’t attack them directly, neither does he use proxies to do so… His loyalty to the President is UNQUESTIONABLE, in all his activities he is promoting the Vision of the President. Surprisingly, there are ZANU PF leaders irked by his existence… They have NO IDEAS, no VISION, no RECORD of delivering anything, but they are 100% invested in attacking a man who sacrificed a lot in support of the party and the country. This is Philanthropy at its best, serious philanthropy by Zimbabweans in Zimbabwe… The private sector has to complement govt efforts especially in sectors heavily impacted by 23 years of cruel US Sanctions. It’s also shocking that folks at U.S. Embassy Harare choose to target people like Tagwirei who have a clear record of assisting & empowering Zimbabweans… Their sanctions are clearly designed to inflict lots of pain on poor Zimbabweans by eliminating their source of help.
