The SRC, together with the Rent Control Unit led by the acting Rent Commissioner, embarked on a peaceful engagement with selected hostel managements to discuss the reasons behind the outrageous hostel charges imposed on students. The hostels visited were: 1. Victory Towers Hostel 2. Liendaville Hostel 3. St. Theresa’s Hostel The SRC remains committed to championing the welfare of students and continuing the fight against unfair hostel pricing on and off campus.
