The black middle class in affluent suburbs often supports the Democratic Alliance over ANC - African National Congress due to frustration with poor service delivery. After investing over R2 million in a family home, residents expect well-maintained streets free of potholes and sewage, reliable, clean water, and uninterrupted electricity. Many view the DA as more effective in local governance, a perception acknowledged by ANC leaders like President Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦 and Gwede Mantashe, who have noted the ANC's shortcomings in service delivery, i.e. 'ANC Councillors sing very well but delivery Dololo.' Personally, I am financially excluded, without a bank account—a privilege even some convicted criminals retain. This alone diminishes my trust in the ANC. I will not vote for them. While I understand why the black middle class finds the DA appealing, I remain unconvinced and will not vote for the DA either.

This is deeply hurtful. It truly pains me. 💔 Colonel Padayachee had already retired. He was called back into service by the 6th Administration specifically to fight the scourge of corruption and state capture—and this is what he was reduced to, and gullible South African cheered him. The Madlanga Commission is right to question IDAC’s real motives. Whose agenda were they truly serving? It certainly wasn’t the agenda of law-abiding South Africans. NPASouthAfrica

This is a tragic testimony. The Hilux 4x4 used daily by the Deputy Police Commissioner, Lt. Gen. Sibiya, who is the second-in-command of our police service, belongs to Mr James. Mr James was convicted 18 times for car hijackings. There is no evidence that he served his term for any of these convictions. Most importantly, he escorted Sibiya to Parliament when Sibiya gave his testimony there. That is how brazen the situation is.
