This lady caused my arrest. When the court threw the matter out, she attacked the judicial officer—backed by Kyle Cowan, Pieter Du Toit, and News24 🇿🇦. Hearing her testimony today at the Madlanga Commission fills me with anger. She caused me deep suffering, and it breaks my heart to see her face no consequences 💔

This is deeply hurtful. It truly pains me. 💔 Colonel Padayachee had already retired. He was called back into service by the 6th Administration specifically to fight the scourge of corruption and state capture—and this is what he was reduced to, and gullible South African cheered him. The Madlanga Commission is right to question IDAC’s real motives. Whose agenda were they truly serving? It certainly wasn’t the agenda of law-abiding South Africans. NPASouthAfrica

Advocate Johnson was a fiercely loyal soldier. When her underworld handlers gave the order to arrest a target, she was willing to do whatever it took—even fabricate evidence. She did exactly that in my case. The NPASouthAfrica invented emails out of thin air and used them to arrest me and my family. They've never denied the emails were fake. Their only response? To demand how the fabrication was uncovered. Three years later, they've buried their heads in the sand, hoping the case disappears and that easily fooled South Africans forget. But based on today's testimony at the Madlanga Commission, she's heading straight to jail.

This is a serious takedown by Justice Madlanga. Advocate Andrea Johnson finally concedes that the decision to charge General Masemola and join him with Matlala and others was unlawful. It is worse than a Shakespearean tragedy. Andrea Johnson and Shamila Batohi—both part of the Thuma Mina Brigade brought in to "clean up"—now find themselves accused of contaminating the system even further. In this part of her testimony, Advocate Andrea Johnson admitted that it was actually Mr Nkabinde, Minister Mncunu's Chief of Staff, who laid the complaint with IDAC and not Mr Adams 🤔 🙄 Justice Madlanga put it to Advocate Andrea Johnson that she is a senior prosecutor who failed to prosecute without fear, favour or prejudice. Justice Madlanga was laying the basis for Advocate Johnson's impeachment. She is as good as gone. Advocate Andrea Johnson lived by the sword, and she will die by the sword. Justice Madlanga’s description of Colonel Padayachee’s inference — that General Khumalo’s conduct amounted to fraud and corruption — as a “quantum leap in logic” could not be more apt. For me, that moment stands as the high-water mark of the entire IDAC stream at the Commission. It encapsulates the very same quantum leap in logic of which I was a victim, and which, in the end, will prove to be IDAC’s undoing. Regrettably, many — Kyle Cowan, Pieter Du Toit, News24 🇿🇦 included — appear to have missed this point entirely, whether through incompetence or, more likely, for their own nefarious reasons. It now makes sense to me why the modern-day Winnie Madikizela-Mandela claimed to be sick yesterday. NPASouthAfrica
