I still remember the heart breaking feeling of not being able to watch #Abhay in theatres as I had just moved to Hyderabad back in the late nineties. Finally after two decades of being in love with Kamal sir’s work and even naming my son as Abhay, I got to watch this movie in the theatre today. What an experience !! Kamal Haasan sir even if I think for a lifetime I don’t think I will find enough words to thank you. Thanks for existing.

Can’t believe it’s already been a year of witnessing Sarkaar’s madness on screen. I remember shooting this standing at the back of the auditorium during the FDFS at RTC x roads. Was filled with happiness seeing everyone celebrating my favourite man. Nani bro, as I keep saying this all the time I don’t think I can thank you enough even if I tried. The one year of journey with you taught me things that changed me forever as an artist. Thanks Srinidhi Shetty for being Mrudula. How you gave everything to HIT3 was a pleasure to experience. Your Venkatesh Daggubati visits his audience at packed theatres on #Saindhav day 2 :) “A good review cannot save a bad film and a bad review cannot damage a good film.” A good film will find the audience it deserves, no matter what. My faith in word of mouth and the audience’s sensibility is being throughly restored now. The influx of audience has been steady despite new releases and the bashing going on with Saindhav online (some are genuinely great feedback btw, which I am religiously noting down). We presented something different to the audience this Sankranthi and it’s nice to see the movie resonating with majority of the audience who are watching it in cinemas :) Saindhav is only two days old now.
