One of the most underrated strength building exercises. Seated Good Mornings are top of my list. At 42, you start to realize that training is all about longevity and being able to prevent bone loss when you hit menopause. Lift heavy!

Also had an airport security guard at Munich Airport ask me if I was a man- it broke my heart. Tried to ask the Police if it was a crime to break my heart but they didn’t know what the laws were on that. Used to be I had to hear “you look like a man” to now “are you a man?”. I’ll keep telling myself that my 20+ years of work in redefining beauty and muscularity for women hasn’t been lost, and that heads are turning to admire my dedication and hard work, and not wondering if I was born a man.
