Plus, we’ve taken yet another step towards greater regulatory compliance and customer protection, via a National Trust Bank Charter application with the OCC. We’re kicking off our September update with a major announcement — secures the full stack of CFTC approvals. ✅ First major crypto platform in the US to do so ✅ Obtained derivatives clearinghouse organization (DCO) licence ✅ Approved as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) This allows us to seamlessly provide clients with the most comprehensive and integrated derivatives experience.
