The LoC is Chaired by our mentor Engr. Dr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma Muttaqha Rabe Darma, PhD, DBA, DSc. and driven by Katsina Directorate of ICT under the leadership of our super DG Naufal Ahmad Sr. 🇳🇬.
