finally found time to make a new video! this time i'm sharing a slightly more advanced agentic engineering session, focused on high throughput multi-tasking hope you find helpful!

alright agent nerds, if you care about your tokens and usage limits, pay attention to the tools you give to your agents. i built a benchmark that compared various browser tools for agents, and here's an example of their massive difference in cost and latency doing the same task

i've been enjoying the real secret weapon in Grok Build - free (seemingly unlimited?) access to all the real time conversations on X i use it to quickly understand public events and opinions, and it's completely goated - see video below. it's not sped up btw - that's jut how fast it is i'm actually surprised this isn't a built-in skill in Grok Build given this is a real differentiator, but anyway i just published how i do it as a "/whathappened" skill here - enjoy!

time to reveal my HTML workflow with agents HTML is the new markdown. Lavish is the new editor for your HTML artifacts just tell your agent - discuss the technical plan with me using `npx lavish-axi` 100% open source and runs locally. details in thread below 👇

sharing a pretty important primitive in my agentic engineering setup I call it "gnhf" - good night, have fun basically, every night before I go to bed, I would put my agents to work so I never wake up "empty-handed". it's done through a similar setup as geoff's famous ralph loop and Andrej Karpathy's autoresearch i just open sourced my solution as a tool at - it's a dead-simple orchestrator that can run claude code, codex, opencode and rovo dev it's particularly effective when you give a measurable goal for the agents to work towards. the agent will deterministically attempt at it, make incremental progress, keep successful results and discard failed ones - rinse and repeat until you wake up (or it reaches the caps you set) i previously ran this with a bunch of scripts but finally got time to package it as a tool - pretty fresh so will likely have rough edges, but feel free to give it a try! good night, have fun!

many people asked me how i keep shipping when on my phone i have my own ios app and here’s a quick clip of how i use it: - ssh to my mac mini - never open the mobile keyboard - it sucks. instead i designed this touch “dial” - voice input for prompts using on-device transcription model - i can also send images directly from phone do you like this kind of interactions? i actually had to design the “dial” myself. both fable and sol failed to come up with this solution - they kept building different button rows. fable called me clever when i showed it this idea :)

using the latest SSHHIP to ssh to my workstation from my phone, i can directly tap to open URLs (including lavish artifacts) printed in the terminal even when the URL is broken into multiple lines even when there are borders and margins breaking the wrap

i never use “remote control” in agent harnesses because they feel more like middle grounds i tailscale to my mac + use terminus to do the real thing. this setup has no extra cost

ok tinkerers, i've got a fun toy for you introducing baby-menu - a mac menu bar icon, and it's just a baby it can't do anything, but you can feed it prompts and help it grow. it's what i think hyper-personalized, self-evolving software can look like details in thread 👇

receiving a lot of good words about lavish-axi (ty!) in v0.1.27 i just made it installable and invocable as a skill "/lavish" or with a prompt "/lavish let's discuss what options we have" this is the quickest way to upgrade your workflow from reading long wall of text and markdown to interactive html artifacts which are a lot more pleasant and efficient to work with why not just ask the agent to write an html? you'll know when you need to give some feedback to the agent about things in the html and realize there's no good way to make those edits and iterations. lavish gives you the ability to work with the agent via the html itself if you have been using lavish already, make sure to upgrade to latest version! quite a few good bug fixes shipped recently that would help the agent generate correct styling and poll more reliably

built a dead simple chrome extension for my wife and myself. sharing here as free open source as usual Simple Words we find ourselves spending too much time wordsmithing our email replies, just to make sure we sound friendly and respectful this chrome extension is really simple and quite literally a gpt wrapper that only does one thing - one click turning what you mean to what's ready to send it runs on your own api key, subscription or local LLM. the extension itself is free and open source. if you tried it out, would be keen to hear how it works for you! extension: repo:
