It is what wants to be shed finally, not for you to check out of living! That does not mean it does not feel real, BELIEVE ME I KNOW…a mirage in the desert feels real when we see it….but when we get there, there is no oasis, there is only dray sand. It is the same thing. You need to reach out, share you are struggling with someone, to stay in the fight, and give yourself a chance to understand this truth and see through the illusion. That is why I am still here! I just stayed in the fight, because my dad did not. We heal in community, not a silo!
