🚨 - I’m currently at a New Build block of flats in Mitcham run by Optivo. The whole block has been flooded. It was built in 2018 and is now like a scene from Titanic. Tenants have had issues for years they’ve said. All 3 floors are flooded.

🚨 Islington Council sent bailiffs to evict a man with incurable cancer. He was turfed onto the streets with just the clothes on his back and his crutches. They then disposed of his belongings including medication. He told me he has to wash in McDonald’s toilets and sleep on night buses whilst having chemotherapy.

Lambeth Council🚨- This resident was placed in a private rented property by the council. The resident says it has been hell ever since. She lives in with her 7 month old baby and 7 year old daughter. Education is the biggest opportunity for children from disadvantaged backgrounds to break free from poverty. The housing crisis and inaction from Government is denying more than 164,000 kids of this, and new data proves exactly that. Please share 🙏🏽

🚨 Lambeth Council - A mum spoke to me in tears today about how her and her 11 year old son have been left to poo and urinate in bin bags/plastic bottles whilst in horrific temporary accommodation conditions for 2 years. The boys school also reached out seriously concerned at how he is having to live. Please share 🙏🏽 they need to be moved.

🚨Lambeth council sent a contractor to fix the water after ITV exposed the conditions of this temporary accommodation. The water still doesn’t work. Her son’s school have said if he needs a shower, he can use their school shower and hot water. Lambeth are a fucking disgrace. They are still having to go toilet in plastic bags and bottles. Please share 🙏🏽
