Daesung and Taeyang exposing Jiyong mid-tour 8 years ago ☀️: I was like “why is he calling…” turns out he was kinda upset he didn’t get invited 😭 🐯: I called Jiyong hyung back in the morning, around 9–10, like “hyung, come if you can~” 🐉: Forget it! I wasn’t even invited

Fun fact: GD’s line “먼치킨 되니 mo’” is technically translated as “turn into a munchkin,” because 먼치킨 comes from the English word audibly. However, in Korean gaming slang, 먼치킨 usually refers to an absurdly overpowered type character. The term originally came from TRPG/RPG culture, where “munchkin” described players who heavily min-maxed characters for power fantasy purposes. Over time, Korean fandom culture adapted it into slang for overwhelmingly strong OP protagonists. So yeah, he’s basically saying that while everyone else starts feeling the same, aespa just keep evolving into these insanely overpowered, final-boss type figures LIKE LITERALLY a Whole Different Animal.

During the MADE era, Jiyong shared that after going through a creative slump and wondering why he couldn’t write like he used to, he eventually realized he did have a muse all along - BIGBANG. “When the members gathered again for this album, I got out of that slump. I was BIGBANG, and BIGBANG was me.” 11 years later, they’re celebrating 20 years together 🥹 #BIGBANG #빅뱅

The guy behind the “Geoje Yaho!” GD impression finally responded to Jiyong mentioning it a million times 😭😭 “It wasn’t intentional at all. It just happened to end up third while I was editing. I guess I was trying to tease GD a little… I didn’t intentionally make his part that short though. GD, I love you ♡” “I normally listen to G-Dragon and a lot of YG Family’s music, so I honestly couldn’t believe it. I got messages from so many people and I’m incredibly grateful.” “GD! The fact that I’ve received so much attention and love is all thanks to you. The next time I see you, I’ll make sure to come say hello!” #GDRAGON #지드래곤

Dropping BIGBANG fun facts everyday before the anniversary 6/10 Daesung wrote that when he first heard people criticizing “Look At Me, Gwisoon” for supposedly hurting BIGBANG’s image, what upset him most was that the song was a gift from G-Dragon: “Because it was the present from Jiyong hyung, I felt even sadder. Originally I planned to show the stage with this special gift of hyung in a cool way…” Now Daesung is named Korean pride for proudly performing trot at Coachella out of all places!! #BIGBANG #빅뱅 #DAESUNG
