Oh, how sweet that you’re vigilant about what is being “indoctrinated” into yr kids to ensure it aligns with your Christian values. I commend you, ma’am!!. But I wonder—are you equally aware of Kifefe Kizza-Besigye and Eddie Mutwe? They, too, have children. Your dad and brother have them locked away. Why not apply those same Christian principles and urge them to show mercy—so that compassion, not selective outrage, guides the path you claim leads to heaven?

Meet the ICT Ministers of Uganda & Rwanda addressing global leaders and tech executives at the recently concluded AI summit in India. In his 3 minute address to the delegates, Uganda’s DR. CHRIS BARYOMUNSI, confidently stated that Uganda has completed a national AI policy — one that will guide the country in harnessing AI’s benefits while mitigating its risks, including ethical concerns. Rwanda’s awesome Paula Ingabire, on the other hand, spoke with clarity and substance — emphasizing implementation, measurable impact, and a deliberate strategy to deploy AI in education, social development, and inclusive growth. This shows how far and how serious Rwanda views AI. Rwanda’s AI policy is publicly accessible. The link is atached below Now, Mr. DR. CHRIS BARYOMUNSI — before you ask for 2.7trillion for implementation of your so called completed policy where exactly can Ugandans find it? A serious AI policy is not a microphone declaration. It is a published framework — with governance structures, risk classifications, ethical safeguards, budget allocations, institutional responsibilities, and implementation timelines. Could Ministry of ICT&NG clarify whether a draft policy, white paper, consultation document, or roadmap exists for public scrutiny? In most jurisdictions, AI strategies are accompanied by accessible documentation so academia, industry, and civil society can engage meaningfully If the policy exists, publish it. If it does not, say so and ask Rwanda for help. This is not a personal matter — I hardly know you. It is about accountability to the people you serve. Uganda deserves clarity, not applause lines. Putting out a bold faced lie infront of the likes of Sam Altman hurts youand your country - not them!!! We await the document. Thank You Dr.
