So, you think HS S&C is entry level? 80% of your athletes come after school. You already worked a full schedule of classes, meetings, emails, etc. It’s 34 and raining outside. Two teams have to get their training in. You can’t just send the kids home or say “wait a half hour”. Take three minutes to set the plan and roll. Create the scenarios you want to see and have the athletes raise their bar. HS S&C is extremely far from entry level….
