I’ve always appreciated how The Broken Baker lets his chat run pretty freely—people can say almost anything. But today, he drew a firm and important line: no personal attacks on creators who choose to stay out of the drama, like Emily See (Emily See) and MazzaMedia. I couldn’t agree more. Choosing to rise above the fray isn’t weakness—it’s strength. Too often, those who are deep in the mud fail to recognize or respect that kind of restraint. This short clip perfectly shows why I truly respect and support Mazza. Peacemakers like him are the ones who try to bring divided sides together. Remove them, and all that’s left is all-out war where nobody wins.

I live on a quiet dead end street. At 11 pm my dog alarm went off. Still not sure what happened. My house was the only one on the street with lights still on. My security system picked up no motion around my house. I manually triggered record and picked up the following. Shelby and I drove down the street and saw nothing. What do you all make of this:

For accuracy: Aidan’s affidavit was not impounded when it was first covered on online. This issue was expressly addressed during the hearing. The judge asked whether the affidavit was impounded, and defense counsel (Attorney Bradl) confirmed that it was not. The judge then stated that it was therefore a “public record.” The only remaining concern raised was whether the plaintiff’s address should have been removed. A temporary impoundment order was issued later in the hearing for the exhibits, at which point Bradl informed the court that some of the materials was already publicly available online. A public record is a public record. In Massachusetts, once a court record (like an affidavit) has already been lawfully made public—including be posted or shared on social media—impoundment of the official court record does not “unpublish” it or retroactively make the public version secret or inaccessible. The judge’s temporary impoundment order applies to the parties of record in the case. It is not surprising that Kate is so wrong on this point. She is doing exactly what the judge ordered must stop, and the judge certainly will not consider her meddling in his decision.

To be fair Jessica Machado was told by court officers DA Tucker wasn’t in the courtroom. Yet, JSTV is reporting DA Tucker wasn’t just in the courtroom, but is responsible for Kelsey’ mom removal after her testimony. So, there is a conflict with what people are being told. I hope everyone watched Justice Served tonight, where they thoroughly discussed the cyber-harassment complaint filed against Aidan in New Jersey. It appears Donna may have exposed herself to a defamation claim unless she can substantiate her sworn statement about “lewd, indecent, or obscene material.” As the show cautioned: “Be careful what you wish for.”
