A VIDEO: On the Department of Transport’s public statement of this week. Thank you eNCA , I’m indebted to your airtime, ( promise I won’t criticize you until 2027) I reported this procurement to Department management in May 2025. No action was taken for a year. On 19 May 2026, I made a formal protected disclosure, under the Protected Disclosures Act, to the Auditor-General, National Treasury, SCOPA, Parliament, and the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation. It was only after that disclosure that any action followed. The Auditor-General has since confirmed the substance of my disclosure: seven quotations for live-streaming services, each structured just below the R1 million competitive-bidding threshold, totalling R6.8 million, with R13.3 million paid to the same suppliers over two years. The Department disputed this. The Auditor-General’s conclusion, after considering that dispute, was that “the finding remains.” I had opposed and refused to authorise this arrangement before I reported it. The Department’s own internal investigation found that a senior official subsequently fabricated a letter, using a Department computer, in an attempt to have me dismissed. That finding is seventeen months old. He remains my supervisor. Imagine my shock, dismay and hurt when I learned that in the morning of 06 September 2026 when the same author of a fraudulent letter was authorized by the Director General to write a statement that says I am self victimizing, a statement contradicted by two Grievance reports written by external investigators , one is withheld from me, by a Legal Advice, its withheld from me and a Health assessment. There has never been a clear case of gaslighting. A clinical assessment commissioned by the Department has separately confirmed the harm this has caused me, and recommended a change to my reporting lines. That recommendation has not been implemented. The forensic record establishing the above, and the computer from which it was drawn, are now reported to be missing. This week, the Department publicly stated that my account of victimisation is without merit. That statement is inconsistent with its own investigator’s findings, its own grievance outcome, and its own clinical assessment. I have referred this matter to the Presidency, Parliament, the Auditor-General, and the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation. I have not yet been heard on the merits by any forum, and I am requesting, formally, the protection to which the law entitles me. #ProtectedDisclosure #WhistleblowerProtection #PublicAccountability

Here is Archie asking introduce him to people: I ignored him because I am not what now the Auditor General South Africa accepts that he has committed contrast splitting, there are no SLAs for Archie at the department, no contracts nothing. He was anointed by my Deputy Director who is in ALL RQF, there was no bidding, The people who own the other companies are his staff. The same equipment, same staff, the same people pretending to the Government that it’s THREE companies, owned, as I said on MetroFM that they are “the same persons” … Archie must not trick people because their modus operandi is to register independent names at CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission), sharing different company names is just an admission which has been established by Bowmans through department servers, this is recorded between me and the investigators.

We know and have experienced the arrogance of Zimbabweans service providers who should not be getting business in the first place ahead of South Africans as per the SCM Procument processes that require Affirmative Action that first prioritize women, people with disabilities, black South Africans in general and all South Africans. I’ve lived, seen and heard about it with people who were scared of this one who confronted me feeling entitled to Government money he was getting irregularly. It’s good action is taken at SANRAL to the service provider: my employer choose to take action on me though for standing against such nonsense.
