Wow what got into her is she was afraid of heights, why parasailing? And she was soloing for the first time? Normally you would not let a rookie do that on its own. Parachuting is less risky because you have no obstacles before the planet, parasailing you can hit a cliff or any low obstacle. If somebody is seasoned he is not going to unstrap like that mid air, it's plain su*cide, and if she is a rookie she has nothing to do in the air on her own? This incident is puzzling to say the least. That's all I could find:
