My version of "Help Me Make It Through The Night" by the legendary Kris Kristofferson is out now. I used to sing this song growing up on my karaoke machine until the CD was so scratched up that only the chorus would play. Kris Kristofferson's writing was simple yet poetic, and it helped push boundaries in the country music genre. He was a pioneer, and a force for the outlaws in country. I really hope to make Kris proud with this version. Y'all go check it out now on Amazon Music!

I’ve been trying to sit down for a while now and talk about what this record means to me but the truth is I feel like this record says it all. I’ve grown so much in the past few years and I have such a different view of love and life and loss. The highs and lows of the whirlwind have taught me a lot about what’s important and how to never give up on trying to find your inner peace. I think you’ll hear what I mean when you listen. Hope it means something to you too ❤️ My new record ‘Whirlwind’ is out now.

I feel like every time I looked up in 2025 I was reminded of my “why?” My “why” is to try to tell the truth in a way that lets you recognize your own story. It is to honor where I came from while still trying to build something that is bigger than me. It is to use my voice in a way that bridges the gap between the hurt and the healing. It is to take the meaning out of the Whirlwind instead of being swallowed by it. Music ain’t just something I do. It’s how I try to make sense of the world… and since I have yet to make complete sense of the world, I guess I’ll be doing this til the day I can’t. 🩵 Here is to another year of learning that momentum is a gift and not guaranteed. That when dreams move faster than you do, stay rooted and let the Lord carry you. Here is the bird’s eye view of 2025. 🐤 To sum it up, we bent it over our knee and wore its little a$$ out.
