Lally’s opening statement: It has been opined that, around 12:45 am, Karen’s vehicle was in front of 34 Fairview and traveled 60 ft in reverse at approximately 24.2mph and she struck John O’Keefe. How? Karen is confirmed to be home via a voicemail she left on John’s phone at 12:41am. Jen McCabe also calls and texts John several times from 12:41am until 12:45am where she then stated she observed the black suv pull away and leave. Yuri states his focus began to concentrate on Karen Read once he GOT to Dighton and looked at her Lexus. If his focus began to concentrate on Karen AFTER seeing her vehicle, why did he advise Proctor to call Dighton police dispatch to tell them they looking to seize a vehicle that was involved in a homicide, PRIOR to them seeing the vehicle?
