TJ Watt…I see you’re frustrated. 👀 Come on over to Dallas too 😆 Jerry Jones can make it happen. Mike McCarthy still owes us a few more favors anyway 😂 Joey Porter Jr. already caught the flight…TJ, you might as well check the departure board. ✈️ Pittsburgh to Dallas pipeline loading…🤣

#Cowboys Rashan Gary tape via Donavon Talks Cowboys. So let me ask the question: Is this Christian Parker’s fault too? To be fair, I’ve spoken with multiple defensive line coaches, former football players, and former professional football players, and several of them believe the Cowboys defensive line needs to rework some of the techniques these players are using and have been trained to use. That’s why I want to open this conversation up even further. If you’re a defensive lineman, former player, defensive line coach, or you train DTs and EDGE rushers, I want to hear from you. Post your thoughts below. If you want to remain anonymous, DM me. I’ll respect that. We can have the conversation and still keep it professional. This is NOT a personal attack on Rashan Gary. We’re looking for answers and solutions. What specifically needs to change with this Cowboys defensive line? Technique? Hand placement? Get off? Rush plans? Leverage? Stunts? Alignment? Coaching? Communication? Because at some point, we have to figure out why this entire unit isn’t consistently generating pressure or producing sacks. And please, I don’t want one word answers like “he sucks” or “fire everybody.” Tell me WHY. Break down what you’re seeing on tape and what needs to be corrected. There’s an old saying: If one player is playing poorly, you can look at the player. But when an entire unit is struggling, at some point you have to look at the coaching, teaching, technique and overall structure. Everybody has a reason. RESULTS are what matter. So defensive line guys, coaches, trainers and former players, talk to me. What are you seeing and what are the SOLUTIONS? Post your breakdown below… ▶️

I’m so sick and tired of people blaming “the white man did this” or “the white man did that,” or saying the 3 letter network did this or the 4 letter network did that. Ryan Clark, man up. That’s life. All them damn tears and crying is crazy to me. You played 13 NFL seasons from 2002 to 2014 with the Giants, Washington, and most notably the Steelers. You made roughly $29.9 million in the NFL. Then you joined ESPN in 2015 and, over roughly 11 years, reportedly made somewhere in the neighborhood of $15–20 million. You also started The Pivot, which is estimated to generate $3.5 million to $9 million annually. Now you’re talking about seeking acceptance and validation? Crying about this and that? Fam… man up. You have your own podcast. You have your own platform. You can say whatever you want, and your audience will follow you. Stop acting like ESPN is the only place your voice matters. Us independent media creators grind every single day. I put in 15 to 17 hour days producing content, and people still overlook what we do. We’ve been in the same rooms as y’all. The difference is, we had to pay to be there. Y’all got in for free. I’ll never forget paying thousands of dollars to cover Cowboys training camp as independent media, then watching The Pivot walk right in and get moved to the front because of borrowed credibility. Y’all got the exclusive access without ever reaching into your pockets. Over here at Law Nation Media, we’ve had to earn and pay for every single inch we’ve gained. Do you see me crying? Do you see me complaining? Do you see me whining? No. I get back to work. If I had just a fraction of one of those ESPN or NFL checks, it would completely change my small business. But I don’t spend my time looking for sympathy. I spend my time creating. Independent media is always the way. Nobody owes us anything. You build your audience, own your platform, and bet on yourself. That’s how you create real freedom. So wipe them damn tears, get back to work, and go build your own empire. You’ve got the audience, you’ve got the platform, and you’ve got all the time in the world to say exactly what you want without looking over your shoulder. The money will come. Now go earn it.

#Cowboys Von Miller played 14 defensive snaps against the Texans on Sunday, October 4 — about 25% of Dallas’ defensive snaps. I look at Von Miller as a VOLUME pass rusher. You’re simply not going to see the TRUE value of Von Miller playing him 10–14 defensive snaps a game. Pass rushing is a chess match. You’re studying the tackle. You’re setting up one move with another. Speed rush outside. Counter inside. Get him oversetting. Come back with something different later. That becomes a lot harder when you’re getting 14 total snaps AND some of those responsibilities aren’t even pure pass-rush opportunities. For perspective, Von had 9 sacks last season while averaging roughly 25 defensive snaps per game. That’s the sweet spot I’m talking about. He doesn’t need 60 snaps. But 10–14? You’re asking for production without giving him enough opportunities to build a rhythm. Now here’s the CONUNDRUM… Who do you take snaps away from? Donovan Ezeiruaku needs reps to continue developing. Malachi Lawrence is your first-round pick and needs reps. And Dallas traded a 2027 fourth-round pick for Rashan Gary, so obviously you’re going to play him. That makes Von’s role difficult. Can he still provide veteran leadership, juice, motivation and teach these young pass rushers? ABSOLUTELY. But if people are expecting the Von Miller of old to suddenly give you double-digit sack production while playing 10–14 snaps a game, I think those expectations need some context. Give Dallas a two-score lead where teams HAVE to throw, let Von pin his ears back and hunt the quarterback… THEN I believe you’ll start seeing more of the Von Miller people are looking for. It’s not necessarily about whether Von can still rush the passer. It’s whether Dallas can give him enough PASS-RUSH OPPORTUNITIES to show it. H/T clip by John Owning
