It's Katwa Kigen's day to be cooked. You don't expose your greed like this. This ladder-climbing smells fishy, especially with his ties to power. 14 years ago, former South Mugirango MP James Oming'o Magara accused lawyer Katwa Kigen of refusing to pay him Sh4.2 million received from the electoral commission as costs after his election was nullified. Magara even lost his bid to recover the money, but the accusation stuck. The man has never served in lower courts as a magistrate straight from advocacy with over 30 years as a lawyer, no prior bench experience. Applied to be IEBC commissioner last year, but withdrew citing "concerns over his suitability." Soon after, applied for judge of the Court of Appeal, got appointed and sworn in just last month, hasn't heard a single case yet. Now, weeks later, he's gunning for the Supreme Court. Greedy much?

You cannot levy extra tax on mwaninchi to go&pay Evan Kidero, Margaret Wanjiru, Isaac Mwaura, Milicent Omanga and 46 others, 1m each in salaries every Month. The people that they have Paid to Go kill fellow Kenyans in Kangemi, Embakasi, Kibra who are excising their democratic rights will eventually head back home to butcher others.
