Penn Station NYC. Anytime it gets cold the city brings out warming busses for the homeless. These busses are heated and normally food and drinks are provided. Most homeless New Yorkers refuse to enter the homeless shelters because they tell me they don't free safe . If you were homeless would you enter these busses to warm up ?
