Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder was out on multiple bonds from different counties. And the judge clearly states that the bond is set as high as it is because of “how many people were out in the courtyard and at the courthouse and the seriousness of the crimes”. He’s a public nuisance and does it while armed. In my interaction with him, he was armed with a gun. People should not be purposely antagonizing people, especially saying racist statements, while being armed. That’s actually part of the Tennessee Carry Laws.

Here’s the last I’ll speak about Alex Rosen as he’s a waste of my breath and to me, a fraud. Finding individuals who prey on children is always a great thing. It is essential in protecting children, who out of everyone on this planet, are the most innocent. They should be left alone. Period. But the issue with Alex is he is clearly a documented racist, especially against black Americans, and other races/ethnicities. Children are made up of all different races and ethnicities. If you are someone that “protects children” or “fights for kids”, but also very clearly racist, then how can you actually be fighting for kids? Think about this logically. If you hate races of people, then that means those kids as well. You’re not a protector or advocate of children; you’re a hateful bigot that streams niche content for profit. It’s also documented that the overwhelming majority of child predators are white males. Yet, Rosen ignores this fact and still targets other races in his hateful rhetoric online, including recently going so far to now say “women shouldn’t have the right to vote”. Well, half the children out there are females. It’s clear that Alex doesn’t respect females in general. My assessment is because he’s a grotesque looking person (mentally and physically) and isn’t viewed as a desirable person to females. Couple that with his past statements like the video below about r*ping women while they sleep and little girls locked in his basement and giving her “the D”, it’s very easy for one to come to the realization that he actually doesn’t fight for kids…or anyone other than white men, who ironically, make up most of his cases. I never knew who Alex was. He only came into my purview when I started calling out his racist idol, Dalton Eatherly aka #ChudderBob (ChudTheBuilder), and Andrew Branca, he showed up in my DMs, basically threatening me to get on board with Branca or I’ll face the consequences. I don’t take lightly to threats and no one has ever successfully bullied me to change my opinion. While I hated that someone who catches child predators was in my DMs being an ass, I soon found out he’s not exactly the role model people think he is. I tried to tell Dalton aka ChudtheBuilder and I tried to warn everyone. I call him out for exactly what he does that led to him shooting a man today in our interaction last week. Baiting people into reactions while he’s carrying a gun. You can see me actually looking down a few times at the imprint of the gun to ensure he never reaches for it. This was never about freedom of speech. You can’t play victim when you go after people with hateful, racist rhetoric and then threaten to mace or shoot people. The sad part about this is I spoke with a lieutenant with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office this morning as he called me back. I asked about his arrest in Nashville violating the terms of his bond agreement for his current court case in Clarksville/Mont. county. He said they don’t issue the warrants. I then explain that he does these things while being armed and the lieutenant kind of shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal and that Dalton was a frequent through their department. That conversation ended with me thinking “they don’t understand the liability and danger this guy is to the public”. A few hours later, after I made this post ( warning Dalton about the consequences of his actions, he ends up shooting someone. I tried. This is the EXACT thing I was trying to avoid and why I made so many calls around Montgomery County and Nashville/Davidson County this past weekend.

It’s been reported by multiple sources that saw the video played in the courtroom that Dalton approached Fox, a verbal altercation occurred, Dalton walked away while still turned around saying something towards Fox (per the DA).
