Listen to the BRILLIANCE of the great Justice Gorsuch. License Fockery....let me lay it out for you. He is SAYING as recently as 2024 not only in his opinion of this EPIC EPIC EPIC SCOTUS ruling, but also in his book tour, that the administrative state cannot violate the private rights of the people. There is no more important education you can get than this in 2025. Let me explain it in a way ALL WILL UNDERSTAND. If I obtain a driver's license from the state AGENCY OF...the DMV...then THEY CONSIDER ME to be in a CONTRACT with them, and as such, are under their jurisdiction... And I knowingly waived all my rights... And I am considered an unpaid EMPLOYEE of the agency.... So therefore, I must be held accountable for breaking their rules and agree for them to "charge me" with their citations... Then "bill the charges"....which enters me into their private for profit corporation of the traffic "court", justice "court" etc, they're just names made up. Where they all get paid by the same higher up corporations. I do not see a real judge. I do not have a jury. They mail me my only options of: 1. Pay and plead guilty! 2. Pay and plead no contest. 3. Plead not guilty and hire ONE OF THEIR TRAINED MONKEYS who will "maneuver" me through their system, where...I WILL END UP PAYING ANYWAY. None of that is in front of an Article III JUDICIARY which is entirely separate from an Article I "judge" (costume) created by the legislature, who can only regulate commerce, which a living man or woman can't EVER BE IN. I will die on this hill and destroy this until I draw my last breath on earth FOR ALL OF YOU STUCK IN THE HYPNOSIS of the government having authority over your right to travel. What if your mortgage was sold and that turned it into securities fraud? Would you pay a debt that was already paid and unlawful? Because 1872 Carpenter v Longan states that once the note and the contract are separated both become null and void. Where you send your payment each month is simply the servicer AKA debt collector They do not own the loan. When you stand as the natural person and not the legal entity, you have to pick a side. Sometimes people either don't understand, or fear standing and get tangled up in what the court is doing or saying. Keep in mind, they're always trying to get you into jurisdiction! Signing a traffic citation is getting you into jurisdiction! Answering a summons is getting you into jurisdiction. Making an appearance in an administrative agency fake court is getting you into jurisdiction. While you can unwind the contract as it lacked full disclosure of the terms which makes it fraud, it's best to not sign the contract in the first place and make getting into jurisdiction foggy. Make it 100% clear. Tell the court you have no contract that compels me to perform - no jurisdiction. What the FBI claims is a "sovereign citizen" is due to people not knowing they are in the contract. Of course you can't make a claim that a statute doesn't apply to you in contract. This is basic Uniform Commercial Code 101. What we hang our hats on is UCC 1-302. Course of performance. They fail at it 100% OF THE TIME! Why? Because you're the natural person and not the legal entity. The students/members of the Inalienable University know their rights are INALIENABLE and therefor, STAND AS TRUTH AND FACT IN COMMERCE. IRS....will you pay or will you go this year? Go, as in EXIT THE CONTRACT. The only thing standing between you and the exit, is your fear, assumptions, and propaganda. Knowledge removes all that. Take a listen to this clip from our updated "How To Exit The IRS Lawfully" class. When you hear about Wesley Snipes, blah blah, he was on to the theory, but never exited the contract. In fact, he had a slew of CPA's and BAR CARD attorneys who could never speak of this info, that is if they even know it. Because they learn.....US Code. Not US foundational law. Not freedom. They learn the "legal system" of fockery. Scott went to law school and has a very special set of eyes, eyes that see through the fockery, backwards even. These are the statutes. Statutes only pertain to commercial legal entities. These are our rights. Only living men and women have rights. "Private Rights" So says Justice Neil Gorsuch. Crack his books if you don't believe me. This is not "sovereign citizen" nonsense. There is no such thing as a "sovereign citizen". That's just a term coined in 2012 by the fraud FBI to deter people from exercising their rights. Because people ARE waking up to the fockery. I left the IRS in 1999, walking away from a six figure income on a 1099. I read the form! I made this decision without a drop of input from any person or source, except God. I can just KEEP ALL MY MONEY. And I have ever since. This has never backfired on anyone I've taken through my course, because the IRS knows you can exit the contract. They tell you in their OWN CODE. But the lay person won't know where to find it or how to see it. Scott does. He wrote the exit contract. So here's my guide to the IRS today, before "tax day". 1. If you file and get money refunded, credits, etc, then file. Exit the next day using our contract exit papers. 2. If you file and will owe, don't file, because you don't owe. Exit the system and don't sign the contract for 2024. I'm telling you the easiest path. Your CPA will not agree, because well, this cancels their sham business. The only thing the Trump administration and Congress can control is telling the truth. He can't exempt tips, overtime, or Social Security. I already have people with this income exited out of the system. He and they can simply speak the truth. The IRS is for those who asked the state for the PRIVILEGE of a corporate structure for their business so they can pay less taxes. When you can simply pay no taxes. Duh. They don't need to change a single word of Title 26. Just speak the truth and end the legal fockery of the propaganda. In 32 days you will be out, if you join my University today. Biz Owner? Here's how you donated your biz to the government and they LET you run it for them, and they split the profits with you, but call it "taxes". I started studying this when the government mandated closing businesses in the pandemic. From where do they get the authority to do so? Because you gave it to them. It's completely propaganda that to run. biz, and get a bank account to do so, you MUST get a state structure, which is really.....and IRS structure. Scott and I both do not engage in any IRS nonsense. Scott has never ever engaged them because he had a father that understood how to be in the private. I quit the IRS in 1999. In 2002, I opened my own business, taking credit cards, by simply opening my business. Paid my employee. No biz license. No state structure. No IRS structure. Made multi 7 figures. Some of you think this is "tax evasion". It's not. I'm not a taxpayer BECAUSE I did not ask the state for the PRIVILEGE of having their corporation. Many people think you get this state structure, then you remove the expenses from the profit, THEN you pay taxes on this lower amount. OR YOU COULD JUST KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY. So I did. We have a class on March 12th, 6pm EST on how to open or transfer your biz into the private. This is not new for us. We've been helping people do this for a long while. You can fire your CPA.
