Listen to the BRILLIANCE of the great Justice Gorsuch. License Fockery....let me lay it out for you. He is SAYING as recently as 2024 not only in his opinion of this EPIC EPIC EPIC SCOTUS ruling, but also in his book tour, that the administrative state cannot violate the private rights of the people. There is no more important education you can get than this in 2025. Let me explain it in a way ALL WILL UNDERSTAND. If I obtain a driver's license from the state AGENCY OF...the DMV...then THEY CONSIDER ME to be in a CONTRACT with them, and as such, are under their jurisdiction... And I knowingly waived all my rights... And I am considered an unpaid EMPLOYEE of the agency.... So therefore, I must be held accountable for breaking their rules and agree for them to "charge me" with their citations... What if your mortgage was sold and that turned it into securities fraud? Would you pay a debt that was already paid and unlawful? Because 1872 Carpenter v Longan states that once the note and the contract are separated both become null and void. Where you send your payment each month is simply the servicer AKA debt collector They do not own the loan. When you stand as the natural person and not the legal entity, you have to pick a side. Sometimes people either don't understand, or fear standing and get tangled up in what the court is doing or saying. Keep in mind, they're always trying to get you into jurisdiction! Signing a traffic citation is getting you into jurisdiction! Answering a summons is getting you into jurisdiction. Making an appearance in an administrative agency fake court is getting you into jurisdiction. While you can unwind the contract as it lacked full disclosure of the terms which makes it fraud, it's best to not sign the contract in the first place and make getting into jurisdiction foggy. Make it 100% clear. Tell the court you have no contract that compels me to perform - no jurisdiction. What the FBI claims is a "sovereign citizen" is due to people not knowing they are in the contract. Of course you can't make a claim that a statute doesn't apply to you in contract. This is basic Uniform Commercial Code 101. What we hang our hats on is UCC 1-302. Course of performance. They fail at it 100% OF THE TIME! Why? IRS....will you pay or will you go this year? Go, as in EXIT THE CONTRACT. The only thing standing between you and the exit, is your fear, assumptions, and propaganda. Knowledge removes all that. Biz Owner? Here's how you donated your biz to the government and they LET you run it for them, and they split the profits with you, but call it "taxes". I started studying this when the government mandated closing businesses in the pandemic. From where do they get the authority to do so? Because you gave it to them. It's completely propaganda that to run. biz, and get a bank account to do so, you MUST get a state structure, which is really.....and IRS structure. Many people think you get this state structure, then you remove the expenses from the profit, THEN you pay taxes on this lower amount. OR YOU COULD JUST KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY. So I did.
