Just discovered a looming issue that has been ongoing. I had been curious why my engagement was not the same - as if something had artificially interfered, and I’ve felt this way for months, but just now have been given official confirmation- Do I feel like it makes sense to limit your reach to people because you are affiliated with brands? No. But I am also appeased knowing that the artificial barrier which had been holding my account back has been discovered and can be adjusted. My account @leviconelyfitness has posts which have reached 7,500 likes when the account has 11,000 followers. My like to view ratio is exorbitant on that profile, but even on this profile, I have healthy and thriving numbers. It’s simply that my reach to the explore page had been shut down by the administration/algorithm. I look forward to the next few stages and posts- to see how much better things could’ve been doing. Meanwhile, I’ll show you examples which can help inform you of what’s possible.

Just to give you more insight on why I ever would’ve believed that the fitness route is a viable option for me and my social media journey, this is a demonstration of incredible strength for someone my age that weighs the same amount as me. How incredible? Better than 99% of men in my weight class. Again, I am at the beginning of this journey because it takes multiple years in a row of grinding through the same process in order to signify your overall genetic potential, whereas in years past I had taken several long-term breaks because fitness wasn’t my main priority. Now it is. And I know I don’t need breaks. I am excited to continue to push and push through each barrier and plateau to show you what I’m truly capable of. 👇 655 lb conventional deadlift, I’m weighing 205 lbs

Like I say in the video, I am ready to become my most aesthetic self. I am combining my modelesque face with my superhero body, and maintaining that as my new normal. I achieved great gains, but I will not further stress my health or negate my beautiful appearance by bulking which holds water and fat, totally distorting my attractiveness. I am keen to the notion that your appearance is marketable, and that my branding heavily centers upon my appearance. So, I plan to continue being a coach, as well as curate quality content. I look forward to this, because bodybuilding is extremely hard and repetitive. You do not need to be so intense that you measure every meal to ensure progress, if your goals are simple. I advance to the next chapter of my journey! Stay tuned.

Nice clean reps, but didn’t quite get the last one! That’s fine. Maybe next week I will! What you NEVER want to do, is sacrifice your form to get that last rep. That’s when it’s no longer bodybuilding, and just some form of an ego trip to always have to succeed even at the cost of your gains. That’s not something you do, period.
