ALWAYS HAS BEEN Chapter 1: Fenestra Animae Website: X Article: Whitepaper video (~10 min) (see below) This is by far my most ambitious project yet and so I've provided a few ways to dig into the many deep layers of the artwork. First is the website which has the full whitepaper and a blueprint of the entire system. It also has a fun design, so I'd definitely check it out even just for that. Second, I've included the full whitepaper as an X article, so that it is easy to access and read. Third, I've created a video (~10 min) that narrates the entire text of the whitepaper with video illustrations of the concepts within the artwork (see below). There is a lot in there and those that take the time to understand it all will benefit greatly when the time comes. Hopefully one of these ways of reading the whitepaper will provide an easy way to dive in. I'll be following up with more posts and discussions to dig into the nuanced aspects of the work. A new cinematic AI piece. "Panopticon - Survivorship" This is my sixth piece in my Midjourney + Magnific.ai + Runway series. I've been on a bit of a creative streak for the past week and loving this new process. I almost gave up on this one, but then finally found a narrative through line. It looks at those who survive a disaster, but it is a contemplation of those who did not survive. We not only zoom in on those who are trying to get to safety, but we zoom in looking for those who may not have survived. We also zoom into elements that may help identify people. It also looks at who is hardest hit by a disaster and it is often people of color and I hope the piece elicits a question of why this is the case and an examination of the dark history it may uncover.

LATENT SPACE TERMINAL Demo v0.09 The vision behind LST is to create a portal into the multi-verse where you can explore new worlds and alternate realities. And I do mean *any* world or reality. You can basically type in anything, just like you would with ChatGPT or MidJourney, and what you get is not a single text response or image or video, but a whole world. This is a very early look at how LST is developing. There is still a lot more work to do but as with all of my projects, I like building in public. The demo shows three prompts: “space pirates”, “scary mystery story about a man eating a pickle”, “fpv shot of a passenger on a sailboat in the ocean”. I only traverse down one level in the video but each world has an infinite number of levels you can go down. Everything is generated by AI from the story to the videos to the audio. Right now, it works well on two ends of the spectrum. The weirder the better or the more realistic/documentary-like the better. Still very early, but so far it looks promising.
