small informational thread for new fans (and anyone who might not know) about DPR Ian🧵 1. why does ian deactivate his accounts? “a little information for my fans, for all my fans out there,for mito fans especially. so for me,when i feel like im dipping into a manic episode,when i feel like im going into one,cause i do fucking feel it,um,it feels like,you know when,you know it's kind of weird,you know when animals feel like there's an earthquake coming and they feel it before it comes? it feels like that for me. i’ve had it ever since. so i know when it's come,but sometimes,um,i think as time has gone by,my cycles have been interchanging and coming suddenly and abruptly without warning. so what what happens when something hits me that hard without warning is,i deactivate my instagram. i deactivate it because um,when im in my episode,there's no one telling like when im going to be saying,so,for me, i deactivate my instagram account,just because im scared of what,i might accidentally fucking upload. i’m not,i mean,i’m not gonna do some weird crazy shit, but who knows? um i just don't want to take a chance. i just don't want to take a chance when im in that state of mind. so,that's why i do that because it's um,it's something that keeps me safe away from all that stuff.”

ian talking about seonghwa in his recent live🥹🤍🫶 “you know,when i met seonghwa,i could immediately tell he had such a gentle soul. for me,at that time, it felt like something was troubling him,like i could feel some type of sadness as well, somewhat embedded in there. and ill be honest,im a very spiritual person and i feel energy. i just relate to people, so i immediately knew that i wanted to just somehow soothe his soul and really listen to him,and just talk to him. but there were a lot other people around where he couldn't really,really, really express himself. i just know deep down he's going to be such an amazing artist. he told me he puts ateez,his team first and foremost,like he's such a giver. he puts other people's concerns and other people's efforts into account and obviously hearing him talk,it gives me a lot of understanding of what type of person he is. he's a real person when it comes to not being apologetic in a point of expressing his art. so i wanted to say, he will always be somebody that im truly inspired by and it was such a lovely and wholesome,warm meeting. i just wanted to comfort him so much”
