The government are in serious bother if even the likes of Claire Byrne can see the argument that fuel protesters and Independent Ireland are making. Rather than taxing fuel at whatever price it may rise to, they should cap the amount they can tax. The argument that FF backbencher Peter "chap" cleere here is making doesn't make sense. The possible future extra price rise isn't factored into the governments current taxation projections. #HowIrelandWorks

Work hard, earn your degree, get a good job, a fulfilling career and own your own home. In reality, the college degree has become basically worthless as more than 70 per cent of the country goes to college now, the job market has been flooded with foreign labour, you're over educated and underfulfilled with no prospects of buying a house or starting a family. #HowIrelandWorks
