Trent Williams is in the 49ers building and looks to be an active OTA participant in the video they posted. SF has perfect offseason attendance from all players not on the Left Squad list, including from the future Hall of Famer who'll be lined up vs Myles Garrett this season

Christian McCaffrey: "Unfortunately, when you have the injury history that I have, sometimes when you don't practice things get blown out of proportion, but I feel great." Added that he's proud of himself for shutting it down/playing it safe on Thursday:

Buried my Czech grandparents today, who are now together again after passing away 27 years apart. I was lucky enough to close this shot of today’s fittingly spectacular sunset on the church in which they wed. Děkuji za všechno — I’m so lucky to have both of you as grandparents

Do I need to classify Colton McKivitz as a foundational pillar for the 49ers? He’s making a very strong case. Also, a great example of “social media yelling is totally irrelevant” — so many on here were upset that SF re-signed McKivitz to a bargain deal. They knew nothing

This is the NFL: 49ers trade acquisition Keion White rushed in to the Bay Area from Boston and joined his new team mid-practice. Mere seconds between introductory handshakes with coach Kris Kocurek and his new teammates and White’s first rep with the 49ers

Charvarius Ward didn't rule out a return to the 49ers, but says he's suffering from PTSD following the death of his 1-year-old daughter — and some of it is location-based. "I'll be throwing up, waking up in the middle of the night, sweating," Ward said. "I got a lot of trauma in California, every time I get on the plane to come back, it just brings up bad memories. I go home by myself every day because my girl doesn't want to come back to California because of what happened. It's hard being alone and she's my strength right now."

Massive winner of Super Bowl week: The City of San Francisco. Even though the stadium is far away, the majority of the week’s events gravitated toward the City — a testament to its timeless appeal. Food, businesses, architecture, views, people…. All shined more than even the biggest optimist could’ve hoped. Rave reviews have poured in from all corners of visiting media. And SF needed this. It’s facing major issues, but it has been working to tackle them. Its iconic nature has made it a famous punching bag, and that made a perception boost all the more necessary. That’s what this week under the Super Bowl microscope successfully accomplished. The brunt of negative feedback seemed aimed at distance/traffic between events across the Bay Area, but not the City itself. And that’s huge as SF continues its ascent after some really dreary years. The people here — especially the small business owners — deserve this perception correction. San Francisco has so much to offer. It’s iconic for a reason, and it’s a target because it’s so relevant. Now, its recovery can enjoy a big boost. If you’ve read this far, go to your favorite sandwich spot or taqueria this week. That’s my (small) community contribution in a great week featuring many of them!
