The Chronicler of Iran’s Beloved Children, Gone Yet Ever-Living in Our Hearts

Shorts

Sepehr Ebrahimi, a 19-year-old amateur boxer, was killed by the Islamic Republic's repressive forces during Iran's national protests in Andisheh township, Tehran. His devoted family endured a week of agonizing uncertainty before they finally located his body. Sepehr had joined the protesters under the pretext of heading to the gym, but the regime's suppressors ended his promising future, shattered his dreams, and buried his relentless efforts forever. #DigitalBlackoutlran #R2Pforlran #IranMassacre

I remember you well: You may not remember me, but I remember you very clearly. That very day when you surrounded our car with Kalashnikovs. You forced us out of the vehicle, searched our bodies under the pretext of “security,” and humiliated us. You were looking inside the car for “threats to security”; security that, apparently, was hidden in the phones of a few ordinary citizens, while the smallest details of your own information were never hidden from foreign intelligence services. I asked you: Why? You were drunk on power, backed by military-grade bullets. Your only reply was one sentence: “Shut up.” When you found nothing in the car or our phones, you furiously slammed the car body, not to search it, but to frighten us even more, us, your own fellow citizens. Now I see the drone attack footage on your checkpoint. And before anyone says “karma,” let me be very clear: This is not the karma of your actions. It is simply the consequence of the same violence, the same humiliation of people, and the same illusion of power that you have lived with for years. And now, for me, you are no longer compatriots, nor do I have even a moment of mourning left for you. 🎥 A video of attacks on the forces of the Islamic Republic regime #IranWar2026 #IranRevolution2026

He served as a life coach and healer in meditation for 18 years, donating part of his income to charity, and also practiced professional Acroyoga. Tragically, in January 2026 protests in Tehran’s Majidieh neighborhood, he was murdered by Islamic Republic security forces. Asal Mansouri, 30, from Tehran whose gentle heart belonged entirely to the children. She was a psychologist, a therapist, and a fierce advocate for children’s rights. Day after day she worked with the little ones; especially those broken by violence, forced into child labor, or silently carrying the weight of mental wounds, giving them every spare minute and every piece of her own heart. Her friends and colleagues called her “Mom Asal,” because she was so kind, so deeply compassionate, that she always put the children before herself. She truly believed that the only way to heal a wounded society is to start with its children, and she would sit for hours, quietly listening as they poured out their pain. Then, on January 9 in the streets near Heravi Square in Tehran, she was shot from behind by security forces using live ammunition and she died right there. She was buried in Behesht-e Zahra cemetery in Tehran. On her simple gravestone, they carved the words that still break our hearts: “Asal lived like a sunflower.” #IranMassacre

Every night, I die with those two words Ghazal Janghorban, a young 15-year-old teenager and high school student, brimmed with boundless passion for life, unyielding courage, and radiant beauty that lit up the world around her. On that fateful 9th of January , she was mercilessly murdered by three bullets fired into her back, leg, and side by the forces of the Islamic Republic regime, right there in the parched bed of the ZayandehRoud River, Isfanan, before the horrified eyes of her own father. Her grieving mother has written: “Three fiery orbs came, out of nowhere, ruthless and unerring, slamming into her body, and she only whispered ‘Oh, Dad…’ And still, every night, I perish with those very two words. Ghazal was my only child.” #IranMassacre
