Not found in recount one. Not found in recount two. Found today. After a weekend where the council couldn't be contacted by anyone. Now here is the part that should make every person in Birmingham sit up. The man who lost his seat to the Workers Party in this ward is @CllrJohnCotton. Not just any candidate. The leader of Birmingham City Council. And now — on the fourth attempt — seven votes appear. The Workers Party of Britain led by six. Seven new votes. Six vote lead. You do the maths. Three counts.
