![[June 4, 2019 | ANC interview] "we may be bloodied but we are unbowed." context: after midterm election, no one from otso diretso managed to snag a senate seat. this left tmem with four members in the minority.](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2074864308240933330/amplify_video_thumb/2074864112044318720/img/ee5qnVsTPvRprHy5.jpg)
remember when sen risa faced backlash when she sought an investigation into roblox on child safety? they thought she was calling for a ban of the game when it was DICT and CICC that issued ultimatum to roblox to address the issue or it could face a ban in the Philippines. during april 14, 2026, as part of reviewing the current measures enforcing Republic Act 11930 (the Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAEM Act), they discussed concerns and reports that roblox is being used for grooming and predation in the vid were some of the statements and reports from stakeholders. the july 1, 2026 session, which includes what had happened in Tacloban, builds on that concern. it didn't come out of the blue as it's part of an ongoing discussion.
