Chelsea trying to get £50m for a player they will really need says everything you need to know about the model. The sort of player that could thrive, but BlueCo. are scrambling after pissing £1.9bn up against the wall.

He’s not wrong. Last year, fine. But this lowering of standard is mental.

Maresca talks the way he does to the press after winning two trophies in his first season. Tuchel talked like this when he’d done the same, but the club could have been on the verge of extinction. He unified ALL facets of the club, Fuck, I miss him.

BlueCo. You’re as smart as a spoon. And that’s harsh on spoons.

Yes, Chelsea were poor today. Tactically there were problems. But after £1bn spent, when a team is in control, and the options aren’t on the bench, don’t let PR and spin let these two hide behind the squad. - #CFC #EPL #CHEAVL

God, he’s so fucking Chels. My future wife better know that I can’t love her as much as I love this man.

MUDRYK BABY. WE ARE SO BACK. He’s probably going to be sold, but irrespective, if he comes into the side, I hope he does well. He feels like a cult figure to me, and who doesn’t love those? Wing-back like Hudson-Odoi? I will be moved. - #CFC

Said this last week during Newcastle. Point stands. After yesterday’s defeat to Villa the PR and spin is in full force, and the ineptitude of the hierarchy and the Sporting Directors is being shifted once again. These guys don’t want winners. They want a portfolio. - #CFC #EPL

Chelsea made hard work of Pafos in a game which summarises the state of affairs at the club. If you struggle past Pafos, with very little clear-cut creations after a £1.7bn outlay, Jesus. There’s some BIG issues. - #CFC #UCL #CHEPAF

This pattern of Chelsea over-complicating things against opposition that are worse than them needs to change. Great we’re through to a semi-final, but that was ABYSMAL. - #CFC #CarabaoCup #CARCHE #FYP

Maybe harsh, but aside from the two rebound goals, and some running from Estevao, Chelsea struggled to create anything against Arsenal. Yes, it was a depleted side, but that just strengthens the points of Chelsea fans who are unhappy with the AWFUL strategy. - #CFC #CHEARS

It’s “obvious” we’re making the best team in the world. But that game against Newcastle didn’t show it. Pathetic, and dire. Not going forward doesn’t win you games, let alone trophies. But we should know why it’s “working…” Daniel Finkelstein let’s have a chat. - #CFC #EPL #CHENEW

I’d have bitten your hand off for Chelsea to get a draw at Man City today, and Calum MacFarlane and the boys delivered. City weren’t quite at the races, we weren’t either with massive players out, but its those moments make the difference. FÙTBOL. - #CFC #EPL #MCICHE

An utterly shambolic, pathetic and weak showing from Chelsea Football Club as they go out the Champions League with a whimper. A coach out of his depth, an ownership that are tone-deaf, and fans that are broken. Daniel Finkelstein: Let’s talk on the record. - #CFC #UCL #CHEPSG
